EI offers customers a wide selection of very flexible contract terms. Whether you need a Time & Material, Firm Fixed, Project Rate, or pre-paid Block Labor contract, EI will work with you to arrive at your comfort level. Block Labor contracts provide a guaranteed response and turnaround service contract versus a first-in first-out basis. Often, our contracts exceed the service response and turnaround times of the major manufacturer’s service agreements. EI Block Labor contracts allow customers to guarantee the service they anticipate by a prepayment. Actual hours expended are then decremented from the contract amount by the type of service and any multipliers. Standard Rates charged and possible Savings are listed in the Block Labor Rate table below.
